Cancellations made 14 or more days before the tour start date are eligible for a full refund of amounts paid, minus any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred (such as pre-booked monument permits).
Cancellations made 7–13 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable, given guide and vehicle commitments made on your behalf.
